Call Center Agent

Job Description

ICS is seeking focused, friendly, and professional Call Center Agents to perform customer contacts mainly by phone. The role requires the competence to close deals directly over the phone or online. Additional duties include performing on-site appointments for field sales, remote account management for account managers and temporary replacement like holiday cover. Permanent or temporary responsibility for customers and revenues.

Position Information

  • Employment on a permanent basis or adjusted to semester
  • Shift operation in course of EMEA time zones
  • EUR 20,000 base salary + OTE; uncapped
  • Additional incentives
  • Teleworking (4 days / week) and part-time (hourly intervals) is possible
  • Working very closely together with our call center- and management team
  • Dedication and drive to be permanently brought to bear in the improvement of our processes and services

You come with

  • Have passion, a great spirit and high motivation; be goal and improvement driven
  • Have excellent communication, questioning and listening skills
  • Have a natural flair for building new relationships with people
  • Provide a basic understanding of corporate IT environment
  • Be able to demonstrate consistency in performance
  • Be able to handle calls by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations - especially data protection, data security and Distance Selling Act/ Remote Marketing Laws for EMEA countries
  • Be able to work well with international clients
  • Ensure excellent attendance while gathering information highly accurate at the same time
  • Have an excellent command of German (or a major European language) and English; English is our internal reporting language
  • Have the will to continuous development both economically and technically
  • Have the will achieve individual Telesales targets on a daily and weekly basis
